The Paid Performance Platformer should have these skills
- Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.

During the 6 month programme, you will have the opportunity to
- Work with some of the most recognisable brands in the world – from household names in education, automotive, entertainment and possibly even retail. PPC is a critical channel for these clients, so there are scaled budgets you will be helping to manage to effectively deliver against ambitious growth targets.
- Support with analysis, campaign implementation, optimisation, delivery, and evaluation of campaign activity.
- Along with your line manager and other executives in the team, you will be jointly responsible for the effective running of campaigns. This role is pivotal in providing the insight and data needed to drive performance improvements for these clients.
- Create and manage campaigns to effectively deliver client objectives and targets – with oversight and QA.
- Work on ad creation, development, testing and optimisation.
- Optimise campaigns across multiple formats, including Search, pMax, Demand Gen and possibly even YouTube.
- Deliver against Havas x Google best practice on your clients, specifically, improving the quality of campaign delivery, innovation, and automation.
- Manage daily spend through manual, automated and machine learning led bid optimisation, in line with targets and monthly budgets.
- Use search and bid management tools to manage and optimise campaigns.
- Implement tracking requirements across paid performance campaigns.
- Support with reporting on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
- Monitor and analyse competitor activity through competitor monitoring technology and partner communication to provide rich insights and trends to clients.
- Nurture and grow strong relationships with relevant day to day client stakeholders.
- Be trained on the latest changes in the paid landscape to ensure your knowledge is cutting edge.
