About our Graduate Programme
We’re seeking talented and enthusiastic civil engineering graduates with an interest in bridge, civil and geotechnical design to join our engineering design team in Guildford. If you’re expecting to achieve 2:1 or above in your MEng degree, and have developed a flair for analysis and design, we’d love to hear from you. Please include your latest official degree transcript(s) showing module mark breakdown with your application.
Our Graduate Programme is designed to help you gain confidence while working on interesting projects around the world under the guidance of our experienced engineers. We actively support our young engineers to Chartership with ICE or IStructE, and IPD objectives are an integral part of the Programme.
