The role

We are looking for a Graduate Landscape Architect to join our Landscape Team in Cardiff. This role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment alongside Architects and Interior Designers.

You will contribute to design projects across multiple stages, working both independently and as part of a supportive team. We value different perspectives and approaches and encourage continuous learning and development.

About you

We welcome applications from candidates with a range of backgrounds and experiences. You may be a great fit if you have:

  • A Master’s degree (MA or equivalent) in Landscape Architecture
  • Around 1 year of relevant professional experience (experience in the UK or familiarity with UK standards is helpful but not essential)
  • Experience contributing to projects (in one or more areas such as education, healthcare, residential, public realm, or commercial developments)
  • Experience using 3D CAD tools; familiarity with Revit, ArchiCAD, or similar software is beneficial
  • Knowledge of or exposure to specification writing (e.g., NBS)
  • Strong graphic and visual communication skills using tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
  • An understanding of relevant regulations and standards, or a willingness to learn
  • The ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • The ability to communicate ideas clearly in written, visual, or verbal formats (with adjustments or support if required)
  • A proactive approach to learning and contributing to high-quality design work
  • Experience in Landscape and Visual Impact Assessment (LVIA) is beneficial but not required
