What You’ll Do:

Join our dynamic team as a key administrative support for the EuroLeague production department. You’ll work closely with the Production Manager, assisting with all aspects of production administration, including managing production paperwork, booking travel and accommodation, and coordinating freelancers.

You’ll be the primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries, handling credit card accounts, expenses, and obtaining quotes for upcoming production needs. Additionally, you’ll support meetings, take minutes, and arrange catering.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

Administrative Support - Production

  • Responsible for checking and publishing production paperwork (including music cue sheets; contributor agreements). 
  • Contribute to measuring the Production’s Albert Carbon Footprint.
  • Assist with general production administration, including organising, travel and accommodation, booking freelancers, processing invoices, preparing call sheets etc;
  • Be a point of contact for any general production enquires from both internal and external clients and suppliers
  • Obtaining quotes for upcoming production requirements (including travel, transport and accommodation etc.)

General Administrative Support

  • You may also be required to carry out any other duties which are within the scope and purpose of the job


Skills and Abilities

  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills (ability to build and maintain good relationships with both internal and external customers)
  • Shows initiative and prioritise workload without close supervision.
  • Good organisational skills (i.e. ability to prioritise workload efficiently) and attention to detail.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (including Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint).


Knowledge and Experience

  • Demonstrated administration experience
  • Previous experience in a production environment
  • Knowledge and experience of managing and processing invoices, booking freelancers
  • Awareness of music cue sheets and post production paperwork


Working Conditions

  • The work location is Stockley Park, Uxbridge
  • This is a fixed term contract until July 2027
  • Working hours are 9–5 pm, with an expectation of 4–5 days per week in the office, and occasional work outside of standard hours where required by the business.
  • This role may require some unsocial hours and weekend work, and international travel. 
  • The working environment is fast paced, as dictated by the EuroLeague and EuroCup Basketball schedule.
