Our Weekend MBA programme allows you to accelerate and develop your career as a working professional, studying part-time while working in your current role.
You will attend classes at Imperial one weekend a month. Located in one of the world’s top business hubs, our unique learning environment offers unparalleled opportunities. During this transformative 23-month programme, you will develop strong management and leadership skills. You will master important business concepts and gain real-world experience.
You’ll already have at least three years of professional experience to join this programme (see our Executive MBA if you have 10+ years’ experience). You will build on your existing knowledge, develop new skills and emerge as a confident team leader, ready to shape the future of your industry.
Programme content
The Imperial Weekend MBA is a part-time 23-month programme for early- and mid-career professionals looking to accelerate their career or find new opportunities. If you have over 10 years’ experience you might consider our Executive MBA.
After an initial induction, you will attend lectures at our South Kensington campus in London. These take place on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday*, approximately once a month.
In the second year of study, you will then complete your electives, Capstone Consulting Experience and Global Experience Week. You will be required to take 32-46 days out of the office in a 23-month period, depending on your choice of electives.

We operate a staged admissions process with multiple deadlines throughout the year. Early applications are encouraged, as you will benefit from plenty of time to prepare for your MBA and you will be invited to attend our admitted student events.
