    Department Profile

    The Client Solutions Group focuses on our clients’ investment outcomes and increases our level of engagement with our clients and their advisers. This Division includes:

    • Relationship Management Team: Our team of experienced client directors are responsible for servicing pooled and segregated institutional clients investing in a range of asset classes and funds
    • Client Service Team: The client service specialists work directly alongside our client directors in the day-to-day servicing of our institutional clients.
    • Solution Design Team: our team of solution designers works on the design and delivery of investment solutions tailored to address the specific risk and return objectives of Insight’s clients.
    • Product specialists: Our team of investment specialists work with their relevant investment teams to communicate investment strategy to clients and the other areas of the business.

    Purpose of Role

    We are seeking a Junior Investment Specialist to join us in a varied role supporting our Product Specialist team.

    Role Accountabilities

    • Support Product Specialists working across UK, EMEA, and Asia clients
    • Update economic and market commentary
    • Engage with stakeholders, often at a senior level
    • Keep databases updated accordingly
    • Work on updating PowerPoint decks
    • Attend investment meetings and produce content from meetings

    Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours Required

    Essential

    • Degree, 2.1 minimum
    • Strong academic background
    • Strong numerical, analytical and problem solving skills
    • Attention to detail · Excel skills (pivot tables, vlookups etc)
    • Looking to study for CFA or IMC qualification
    • Interest in Financial Markets

    Advantage

    • Previous work experience, preferred but not essential
