    Intern Role:

    Our internship programme provides the successful candidate an immersive 10-week experience working alongside one of our Investment, Client Solutions Group or Distribution teams.

    • Get involved with our day-to-day tasks
    • Experience first-hand Insight’s team dynamic
    • Support your desk with any assigned work
    • Collaborate with fellow interns on a pre-set group project

    What to expect

    • You will gain wide-ranging experience and exposure, helping you develop a holistic view of the Asset Management Industry
    • Alongside your day-to-day work, you’ll work with your fellow interns on a project for the business
    • Participate in a series of talks and discussions led by senior professionals, providing you with the opportunity to ask questions on a range of topics in the industry
    • Join an inclusive environment where you’ll benefit from the support of your manager and a network of graduates

    There may be an opportunity to be considered for a place on our 2023 Graduate Programme.

    What we are looking for:

    • Penultimate or final year university students
    • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
    • Comfortable working in a collaborative team-focused environment where developing partnerships with multi-functional teams is key to success
    • Great communication skills, ability to articulate complex technical ideas clearly
    • Ability to operate in a changing environment and challenge the status quo, innovative
    • Proven record of taking the initiative to act, self-starter
    • Inquisitive, strong desire to learn and grow professionally
