What will you be doing?
Our Sustainability team is a quickly growing and important area of our business. This team sits within our People team (HR) and has an impact on all areas of our business and a reach across the world, in every country we do business.
For us at Insights, sustainability covers a broad range of areas. The team has 4 core focuses, Environmental, Social, Wellbeing and EDIB (Equity, Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging). These each play into a core part of Insights’ global strategy and have huge opportunities ahead of them.
This rotational graduate programme will give you the chance experience all corners of our Sustainability Team, giving you exposure to how each of these areas of focus.
You’ll have the chance to
- Complete 4, 6-month rotations, to gain a deeper understanding and contribute to us delivering initiatives across environmental and social sustainability, wellbeing and EDIB.
- You will work with different stakeholders across the business in the implementation of leading sustainability practices, such as our journey towards becoming B-Corp certified and gaining an EcoVadis rating.
- Gain research, strategy development and user design skills through collaboration with teams across Insights who specialise in those area.
- Work with stakeholders from around the world, and across all areas of the business.
- Learn how an international business tackles complex issues and have a tangible impact in how we do this.
- You’ll get a deep understanding of how our business operates.
What are we looking for?
- Hold a degree or an equivalent qualification in a relevant field or with extracurricular to evidence a passion for this area.
- Good understanding of and an interest in addressing sustainability challenges.
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting through collaborative efforts.
- Strong communication skills, in writing and speaking.
- Show willingness and motivation for ongoing learning and development.

- In-person assessment centre to be held on-site in our Dundee office. After which, we will let you know if you have been successful.
