Make Journey Further famous! Join us as a Marketing Executive for 9 months in Leeds.
What you will do
- Take ownership of the execution of our global social marketing strategy, including crafting and publishing engaging social media content on platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram and TikTok
- Collaborate with internal teams to write and proof blogs, newsletters and other content, ensuring alignment with our tone of voice and brand guidelines
- Assist in the coordination and administration of marketing events, including hosted events and external industry conferences
- Work with the wider team to bring creative campaign ideas to life – supporting research, content planning, and briefing designers or videographers as needed
- Help manage and update content on our website CMS, including blogs, team profiles and translated content
- Ensure campaign setup and tracking is accurate in HubSpot and assist with optimisation across paid, owned and earned media channels
- Collaborate with internal teams to support employee engagement campaigns and recruitment marketing initiatives
- Work closely with your line manager to learn and apply SEO and social media best practices to improve reach and performance
Requirements
- You have a passion for digital marketing and are excited to learn and grow across a range of marketing channels
- You stay up to date with the latest trends in social media and content marketing
- You’re a confident writer with strong attention to detail and a willingness to improve your craft
- You take ownership of your time and work, ensuring deadlines are met and team members are kept updated
- You’re collaborative and enthusiastic, willing to pitch in and support projects across the team
- You’re comfortable learning tools like HubSpot, CMS platforms and scheduling tools – and are open to feedback
- You understand the importance of brand and consistency, and follow the Journey Further tone of voice and visual guidelines in everything you do
