As a Facilities Management Graduate you will be supporting business critical activity whilst developing commercial, core and technical skills through rotation and development opportunities. You will be directly supporting the delivery of our Vision 80 transformation and objectives.

Role Objectives

  • Successfully complete functional rotations delivering on the required objectives and developing strong relationships across the organisation.
  • Support the implementation of business improvement projects and product deliverables.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Lotus operations and area functions responsibilities.
  • Develop and manage energy usage data and carbon footprint analysis in line with our ESG strategy and net zero carbon targets
  • Collect and analyse site data and records into a central accessible archive for central use
  • Develop strong working relationships with functional mentors and rotation managers
  • Maintaining effective leadership, interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to create a sense of community amongst teams at all levels and departments within Lotus.
  • To work in a fast-paced environment with an output focussed mindset
  • Demonstrate the ability to critically review work streams and provide improvement ideas and solutions.

Knowledge

  • Qualification 2:1 Degree/projected Environmental, engineering based subject - essential
  • Commercial, manufacturing or engineering experience/placement
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written - essential
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines - essential
