Assist the Fragrance Product Manager in daily tasks and projects on Givenchy
Responsibilities
Marketing strategy implementation
- Assist in the operational implementation of the Givenchy marketing plan UK / Eire, with particular emphasis on fragrance launches and sell out animations.
- Create marketing presentations internally and externally.
- Competitive analysis
Launch implementation
- Coordinate implementation of animations both in POS and outside POS (partnerships, sampling opportunities, sponsorships) in line with guidelines and budgets.
- Responsible for development and production of marketing material, in line with guidelines and budget (POSM / Launch Material / Ad hoc mail out / Newsletters)
Trade and field-force
- Liaison with French Head Office on daily marketing activities
- Follow up day to day needs from the field and liaison with the Sales & Training departments
- Follow up on various Trade requests, in line with trade marketing plan
Analysis and reporting
- Responsible for Monthly report NPD analysis, launch trackers & animation trackers
- Competitive analysis
Ad hoc projects
- Supporting Marketing team with Ad hoc projects depending on business needs.

Experience
- University educated
- Previous experience in Marketing, preferably in luxury goods in retail industry and / or FMCG
- Inherent interest in the Beauty industry
