What you’ll do as a Junior Recruitment Consultant?
- Build and develop new client relationships
- Source, engage, and manage high-level candidates
- Partner with decision-makers across multiple industries
- Place specialist talent into niche US markets
- Learn and master proven recruitment and sales techniques in a fast-paced environment
We’re looking for graduates who are
- Competitive, driven & ambitious
- Degree-educated (any subject)
- Have a strong work ethic - experience working while studying is a plus
- From a B2B sales, recruitment, or sporting/competitive background (preferred but not essential)
