Join us as Supply Chain Admin supporting the Helicopter Delivery Teams. You will support the delivery of Supply Chain activities contributing to operational success across Item Data Management, Customer Demand Planning, Inventory Supply Planning, Supply Chain Performance Management, and Inventory Management Checks. A good eye for detail and skills in the management of data will play a vital part of these posts.

This will be demonstrated through your ability to collaborate with others, provide suggestions for resolution to problems, and continually strive for improved quality to deliver a range of time-sensitive outputs that support the Helicopter Delivery Teams.

Please note this role is based in our offices in Bristol or Yeovil, and regular in-office attendance is expected. There will also be a requirement for travel to Operating Centres at other locations, for which travel, and sustenance costs will be covered.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Helicopter Delivery Teams (DTs) in their management and financial accounting of Ministry of Defence (MOD) owned inventory in accordance with Policy and Procedures.
  • Administration and verification of assets loaned to Industry Partners - government furnished equipment.
  • Creation and maintenance of Item Data Records on the Logistic Information Systems.
  • Engagement with DT, DE&S, and Industry.

  • Track record in delivering customer service
  • Awareness in handling data
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams)
  • Evidence of stakeholder engagement, internal and external at all levels
