Overview
Mondrian Investment Partners is one of London’s largest employee-owned investment managers with over $55 billion managed in long-only, value-style global and emerging market equity and fixed income mandates.
As described by some recent graduates in the team; "the flat structure and interconnected nature of the operations teams gives graduates a strong understanding of what it takes to run a successful firm through exposure to various parts of the business. While the position requires that you have the ability and confidence to take ownership, the close-knit nature of the team provides support to help you learn and grow into your role while encouraging you to contribute and engage in meaningful projects. Mondrian will also sponsor you to pursue a professional qualification of your choice, providing you with the opportunity to further your development.
The day-to-day role largely consists of working with the investment teams across the firm to analyse the drivers of returns and provide market analysis to aid their research and management of portfolios. We also work closely with the Business Development and Client Services Team to create presentation materials for clients, as well as assisting with pitches for new business. The team is also responsible for validating and ensuring the integrity of reporting data, which is used both internally and externally.
The key skills that we believe to be vital for this role include attention to detail, a numerical mindset, the ability to multitask, curiosity, the ability to work well within a team and the ability to think quickly. The fast paced and technical nature of the work requires focus and dedication."
