Placement and duration
The Morgan Stanley Structured Derivatives Sales Off-Cycle Internship Program is based in London, runs for 6 months and is aimed at students who are required to complete a long-term internship as part of their studies or have already graduated. Please note that the successful candidate will need to be available to start in 2026 for a period of six months.

Responsibilities
- The Sales Assistant will provide Sales Support to the EMEA Structured Derivative Sales Teams based in London.
- Main responsibilities will include pricing & structuring of derivatives, production of trade documentation and back testing.
- Sat on the Sales desk, you will be also required to regularly liaise with Traders, Operations, Legal, Risk and Tech to ensure a smooth front-to-back workflow. You will also be required to follow up on KYC and client onboarding.
- Responsible for Administrative Support, bookings and Post Trade query management for: Cross Asset Structured Derivatives in Note, Swap & OTC format.
- Analysis of trading volumes, client feedback and products demanded alongside general desk support & ad-hoc requests.
Qualifications and requirements
- 2:1 minimum degree level
- You have a keen interest in the financial markets and the drive and desire to work in a fast-paced, team orientated environment
- Knowledge in derivatives is preferred
- Curious, resilient, high attention to detail and ability to work in fast-pace environment
