As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and analytical individual to join our Global Marketing and Commercial Services (GMCS) Center of Excellence (COE) team as a Graduate Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Analyst.

Job Overview
Reporting directly to the FP&A Lead and working closely with the FP&A team, the Graduate FP&A Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting financial planning, analysis, and reporting functions.
This role is part of our two-year rotational graduate program, providing exposure to various business units within the GMCS organization, including Companion Animals, Livestock, Commercial & Digital (responsible for integrating our Biopharmaceuticals and Technology Solutions commercial support initiatives), R&D and Manufacturing of Technology Solutions products. This program aims to develop well-rounded professionals with a deep understanding of finance business partnering across different areas of our business.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts for the GMCS division, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to deadlines.
- Conduct financial analysis to evaluate marketing and commercial performance, identify trends, and recommend strategies for improvement.
- Collaborate with business partners from different units (Companion Animals, Livestock, Commercial & Digital, R&D, etc.) to gather financial data, validate information, and provide insights for decision-making.
- Develop and maintain financial models and dashboards to support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across various business units.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial presentations for senior management and stakeholders across the organization.
- Support ad hoc financial projects (e.g. SAP implementation, financial flows etc.) and provide analysis and recommendations as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with complex financial data from multiple sources.
- Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Excel and Business Intelligence (BI) tools (e.g., PowerBI) is a plus.
- Familiarity with financial planning and reporting tools/software is a plus (e.g. SAP BPC, Oracle FCCS).
