    This is Our Human Health Division maintains a “patient first, profits later” ideology. The organization is comprised of sales, marketing, market access, digital analytics and commercial professionals who are passionate about their role in bringing our medicines to our customers worldwide.

    This is a 24-month programme, which includes 2 x 12 Month rotations across the duration.

    • Rotation 1: Your first 12 Months in Marketing within the Public Health and Diversified Medicines Business Unit
    • Rotation 2: This will be finalised during your first year of the programme

    You’ll begin your journey as a Graduate Marketing Associate within the Diversified Medicines Team where you will be responsible for supporting a range of key brands, including one of our company’s key launch. You will be also actively contribute to the development and implementation of their strategic and tactical brand plans. In addition, through other projects, you will develop an understanding of other functions and how they work together within the business. This role will provide any individual looking to begin a career in healthcare with a strong foundation in pharmaceutical Marketing.

    your second-year rotation may sit within one of several functions ranging from (but not limited to) additional marketing, field sales, commercial, medical, and market access. This decision will be guided by the needs of the business alongside your interests and experiences thus far – a real opportunity for you to follow your passions.

    Duties

    • Takes a proactive approach and works collaboratively with immediate franchise team colleagues across the Business Unit as well as core cross functional teams
    • Supports the franchise team to deliver strategic and tactical brand plans
    • Responsible for building and developing marketing and engagement campaigns
    • Understands and applies regulatory/compliance requirements

    Technical Specifications

    • Our Graduate Programmes are entry level programmes and designed for graduates with limited or no prior work experience within this field. If you already have 3+ years’ experience within this field, we recommend exploring other opportunities available on our website
    • Studying/studied towards a degree (or equivalent qualification) in a STEM discipline (Science, Technology, Engineering, Maths) or Business-related discipline or MPharm, either predicted or gained within the last two years
    • Project management experience with examples of delivering initiatives from start to finish with clear goals and objectives
    • Demonstrates an interest in the healthcare landscape in the UK, including NHS structure
