About the scheme
Finished your degree and ready to turn your passion for innovation into a career? Join the Product Development Graduate Scheme here at Nestlé and develop an understanding behind the science and technology of chocolate that will enable you to make an impact on a multinational business.
“You will work on exciting confectionery projects, collaborate with different teams and have an impact on brands such as KitKat, Smarties and many more.”
Amy Wilkinson - NPTC
What can I expect?
You’ll spend three years working on projects dedicated to developing the chocolate of the future. With the support of expert mentors, you’ll work in teams across different parts of the business and collaborate with stakeholders around the globe to achieve results. You’ll get the chance to visit factories and sites around the UK and further afield to discover how a product is developed, from the very beginning until the moment it is bought off the shelf. It’s about learning to be a product development professional by doing the job for real.
What will you get out of it?
As well as a starting salary of £32,000, you’ll gain the skills and knowledge to make a real impact on the future of chocolate production.

How we can support each other
There is a wealth of opportunities for the Nestlé team to get involved with outside of the normal day-to-day roles. This could be the chance to help shape the diversity and inclusion strategy for Nestlé UK, or to get involved in sustainability or regeneration projects, or to volunteer to support our local communities.
