Nordex UK have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Commercial Project Management Intern starting in Summer 2027.
How can you make a difference?
Our Commercial Project Management Intern will gain practical experience in commercial analysis, budgeting, stakeholder management and business performance across Nordex UK & Ireland.
This is a 12-month internship for a placement student who is looking to gain hands on experience in a busy commercial management environment.
Please be aware successful candidates are required to commit to a 12-month, full time placement.
What will you be doing?
- Supporting the Commercial Project Management team with the planning and execution of commercial projects
- Assisting in tracking project milestones, budgets and deliverables
- Co-ordinate meetings, agendas and document project actions and decisions
- Maintaining documentation and reports, monitoring project progress and identifying risks
- Assisting with commercial analytics including financial performance and project profitability
- Analysis of project data to support decision making and improvements
What are we looking for?
You will either be:
- Studying a Commercial Management, Project Management or Economics related degree and be looking to undertake a placement as part of your degree
- A recent graduate with a Commercial Management, Project Management or Economics related degree who is looking for some work experience in this role
Other skills and behaviours required for this role include:
- Strong organisational and attention to detail skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Numerical and Data Analysis skills
- An understanding of Project Management methodologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- AI knowledge and how it can be used to improve efficiency
- High level of competency in using MS Office packages
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work to tight deadlines
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
