About our Finance Graduate Programme
We provide timely, commercially-focused financial advice to support Openreach’s strategy and business priorities. The finance team works in partnership with each of the business units in Openreach, helping them deliver their initiatives and grow revenue and profit.
As an Openreach Financial Graduate, your work, whether it's modelling business scenarios or providing insight and analysis, is used in partnership with our business leaders to make strategic company decisions. Often working on multiple projects at a time, your work life is varied and fast paced, and you’ll be supported by a diverse and vibrant team.
If you’re looking for a varied and exciting 3 year graduate programme that will set you up for the future then this could be the programme for you.
You will be studying for your 3 year CIMA Qualification to become a chartered accountant, alongside three rotations throughout Finance, making sure you’ve got all the knowledge and skills to build a great career in Finance.
Entry Requirements
Achieved a 2.1 in any degree discipline.
Study Package
- CIMA will be fully funded.
- Study package will be offered to provide time out of work to study for each exam.
Study Funding Employee Commitment
Openreach will fund the full CIMA qualification, which will make you a chartered management accountant.
In the event your employment with Openreach ceases by reason of your resignation from Openreach, or via an agreed leaver programme, or your employment is terminated due to performance or conduct, before the end of the 24th month following the completion of the Course, you agree to repay the Course fees to Openreach on the following basis:
