The Graduate Journey
Our Graduate Programme consists of two-three rotations, where you’ll solve business challenges, take responsibility for your own assignments, and engage in our day-to-day business decisions.
In your first rotation, you’ll work on M&A and business development projects across solar and onshore wind in different European markets. You’ll interact with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders across multiple geographies and have opportunities to travel – both short term or for an entire rotation if it fits with you and our business needs.
The second rotation will be in the Onshore Valuation team, and third rotation will be based on your interest and career aspirations. You’ll play an important role in:
- supporting screening and evaluating investment opportunities in the solar and onshore wind market in Europe
- supporting our due diligence process which includes external consultant management, and stakeholder engagement with multiple internal teams (due diligence workstreams include legal, technical, tax, and finance)
- assessing potential opportunities through financial modelling and market research
- assist in underwriting business case assumptions, drafting non-bidding offers, and binding offer letters
- supporting transaction documentation, and the origination and negotiation of early-stage strategic joint ventures or co-development partnerships
- in depth research of new investment target markets and technologies.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you:
- have a bachelor’s degree in, e.g., finance, law, business, economics, or engineering from before 1 September 2023, with great results
- have strong analytical skills, a high level of personal drive and a high learning ability
- can communicate clearly and concisely, especially when dealing with complex material
- can handle several tasks simultaneously and thrive in a changeable environment
- have an international, creative, and collaborative mindset and an ambition to be the best in your field.
