The Graduate Journey
Our Graduate Programme consists of two-three rotations, where you’ll solve business challenges, take responsibility for your own assignments, and engage in our day-to-day business decisions.
This role gives you the unique opportunity to kickstart your career within the UK project development team where you’ll have your first rotation. The following rotations will be based on your interest, career aspirations, and projects.
As part of your graduate journey, you’ll collaborate with teams of industry-leading experts, allowing you to exchange ideas and learn every day within your field. Together, we’ll deliver the commercial aspects for the UK pipeline of offshore wind projects. You’ll play an important role in:
- supporting the preparation and negotiation of contract commercial agreements
- handling contract project management tasks, such as reporting, coordination, and following up
- participating in business case development and optimisation
- gaining unique business and market understanding
- identifying and engaging with internal stakeholders.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you:
- have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in law, supply chain management, international business, or similar before 1 September 2023, with a great result
- have a strong analytical approach, enabling you to handle a range of complex tasks, a high learning agility, and a collaborative mindset with an eagerness to explore
- are eager to challenge and develop your talent
- can adapt to an ever-changing environment and seek to be challenged daily on your personal and professional skills
- are fluent in English, enabling you to communicate efficiently.
