Our Strategy & Growth rotations will get you to the heart of solving some of our client’s toughest problems. Using a variety of methodologies, tools and techniques, you will get a deep understanding of how to develop strategies for organisations and what macro-economic drivers influence a business.  

When you join as an Analyst, you’ll work on big things from day one. You’ll gain the knowledge and experience you need to build a successful career in consulting and contribute meaningfully to vital projects.   

No two days are the same. You could be researching our latest project and delivering your findings, visiting a client with a consulting team and representing the firm, or furthering your development through crucial learning — guided and mentored by one of our experts.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree. We have no specific prerequisites in terms of degree grade or specialism. 

The Offer   

• The opportunity to work on meaningful projects with talented people  
• As part of our 18-month Graduate Development scheme you will be given the opportunity to rotate through three of our capability teams building a variety of skills and experiences which will form the foundations of your consulting career.  Rotations available on this scheme are: Asset Management, Economics & Investment Strategy, Growth Strategy and Risk & Regulation 
• We work flexibly at PA, but your work base will be our London Office's.  
• Salary potential: £32,500 with additional £3,500 transport allowance   
• Full time   
• This role will start in Autumn 2024
