    What you need to know about the role

    The successful candidate will provide day-to-day support for various aspects of employment legal advice including:

    • Collating documents for litigation cases
    • Revising and amending template documentation
    • Preparing and tracking project work plans
    • Maintaining databases of advice

    Internship duration: 12 months fulltime, starting July 2023

    Internship location: UK, London [UK remote option also available]

    Your way to impact

    • Review and revise documentation; Keep team templates/know how uo to date; support global employment projects; support litigation files (collation of documents etc).

    Your day to day

    • Work closely with a variety of key stakeholders, including in-house attorneys, outside counsel, HR business partners and business functions. 
    • Recommend and implement new processes and procedures to increase group efficiency and organization

    What do you need to bring

    • Minimum of Bachelors’ degree in Law (or equivalent experience for example paralegal)
    • Preferred to have SQE or Bar exams in addition to Law Degree
    • Strong communication skills both verbal and written and ability to convey complex information in a straightforward way
    • Team worker able to work ‘as one team’
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), online data rooms and subsidiary management databases
    • Strong attention to detail and well-organized, with the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced work environment and manage numerous projects simultaneously under deadline pressure.
    • A high-level of intellectual, professional and interpersonal agility and flexibility, combined with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Team oriented and able to work collaboratively and effectively with business clients and other legal department members.
    • Unquestioned ethics and integrity, sound judgment and high tolerance for ambiguity.
