We have a great opportunity for consultants of the future to join our teams in London, Cardiff and Leeds on a summer internship. During this 8-week summer internship, July 7th – August 28th, you will provide support to our consulting teams and work directly with clients while gaining the knowledge on how to become a successful consultant.

What you’ll do

  • Receive a structured training program utilising case studies that cover procurement knowledge and consultancy skills
  • Gain an understanding of the range of businesses we work for and learn about procurement consultancy from experts in the field
  • Shadow and aid client teams to identify improvements and cost savings for global brands
  • Learn how to build client relationships, understand an organisation’s needs, and help clients find innovative, cost effective and value-adding supplier solutions
  • Prepare a relevant presentation on your experience and learnings throughout the internship and present to members of our senior leadership

What we are looking for

  • Be in your penultimate year at university
  • On track to obtain a 2:1
  • An analytical/business degree would be advantageous (not a necessity)
  • Great problem-solving skills
  • A proactive, ownership-oriented approach to your work
  • Curiosity, adaptability, and a strong desire to learn and develop
  • Motivation to build a long-term consulting career in a growing global firm
  • Outstanding people and communication skills

Interview process & timelines

Stage 1: accepting applications between 13th April - 27th April

  • Video introduction submission
  • Clevry Psychometrics Assessments (Numerical & Verbal Tests)

Stage 2: first stage screening call with recruitment team between the 27th of April - 4th May

  • Recruitment team call
  • Clevry assessments: Candidate completes Situational judgement test & Personality

Stage 3: formal interview with team starting from the 11th of May

  • Interview with team and Case study presentation

Targeting offers to be extended to successful candidate mid may with the internship starting at the start of July.
