What you’ll be doing:
- Manage campaign targeting and media strategy across a portfolio of advertiser accounts
- Deliver, analyse, and optimise display and video campaigns to achieve client objectives
- Use data insights, client feedback, and market context to continuously improve campaign performance
- Partner with Account Management and Client Development teams to share insights and support long-term growth strategies
- Build strong relationships across teams, connecting technical delivery with commercial outcomes
- Develop expertise in internal platforms and processes, contributing to ongoing improvements
- Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and proactively apply new ideas to your work
Skills we’re looking for:
- A background in an analytical field or equivalent practical experience (e.g. maths, science, business, or technology)
- Strong attention to detail and confidence working with data and performance metrics
- Curiosity, initiative, and a proactive approach to learning and problem solving
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and organise your time effectively
- Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal
- An interest in digital marketing, with a willingness to build knowledge in programmatic advertising
- Familiarity with tools such as Excel; exposure to SQL or digital campaign platforms is beneficial but not essential
