Ready to explore the creative heart of advertising? The Ignite Creative Internship is your launchpad into the worlds of big ideas, bold storytelling, and world-class production. Whether you're obsessed with design, fascinated by filmmaking, or excited by how creativity shapes culture—this is your moment. 

Responsibilities

You’ll rotate across Creative and Production teams, getting real exposure to how ideas are crafted, shaped, and brought to life. 

 

What You’ll Be Doing 

Creative Rotation 

  • Brainstorm and help shape fresh campaign ideas across multiple creative teams 
  • Support live briefs, pitch decks, and concept development 
  • Experiment with creative tech, UX, digital design and innovation 
  • Collaborate with designers, copywriters, strategists, and more 

Production Rotation 

  • Assist Film, Art Buying, Creative, and Post Production teams 
  • Learn how to turn concepts into polished, professional content 
  • Help coordinate shoots, edits, asset delivery, and production timelines 
  • Discover sustainable production methods and modern workflow tools 

Group Project 

  • Team up with your intern cohort to crack a real brief and pitch your work
