Our Quant Graduate Programme will provide you with the opportunity to contribute to and learn from groups such as the Investment Quant and Trading Strategy teams. You will also be provided with structured learning and continued development to enable you to succeed.
Our Quant teams are responsible for the development and maintenance of pricing models, trading tools, risk management tools, relative value opportunity identification tools and other quantitative aspects of RCM's business.
You will be involved in key aspects of quant projects from understanding the business problem, modelling, solving the resultant maths problem, sourcing any required data, and then coding the production solution.
