Role overview
Are you someone with a scientific background or with experience working in a laboratory?
Join our team as a Product Development Associate. You’ll play a key role in contributing to the development and delivery of new product lines, as well as enhancing existing products.
In this role, you will work as part of a project team to provide objective, quality data to support decision making during the development of skin, surface, and floor cleaning products.
- Plan product claims and validation requirements
- Perform product testing to validate new products
- Analyse data and clearly articulate test conclusions to stakeholders
Experience you’ll bring
- Able to perform measurements accurately and follow a written protocol
- Previous laboratory experience (desirable)
- A level qualification
Behaviours you’ll need
- An attitude of accountability and responsibility
- Able to follow tasks through to completion
- Strong time management and organisational skills

- This role is based in the UK, and applicants must have the right to work in the UK.
- We do not provide domestic or international relocation for this role.
- You will be required to work from the office 5 days a week during the 90 days. After this, the arrangement will transition to 4 days in the office and one day working from home each week.*
