Upon successful completion of the program, you will be primed for an exciting career at Siemens.
Immerse yourself in the intricacies of our diverse business units during your placements, gaining invaluable hands-on experience.
Simultaneously, chart your course towards obtaining a prestigious CIMA/ACCA qualification, complementing your practical work experiences.
Additionally, you will be an integral part of the Siemens Graduate Development Programme, engaging with peers from various programs to hone essential soft skills such as teamwork, digital proficiency, project management, and effective communication.
What do I need to apply?
- Acquired your degree or be on track to achieve a 2:2 or above in a business or finance-related degree
- Experience of working within a finance related department would be advantageous but not essential
- You think logically, willing to self-learn and research, and take a forward-thinking approach to problem solving
- You can work independently, safely and responsibly; take ownership of challenges and ideas and are looking advance your ability to drive and lead change
- You enjoy collaborating with others to find innovative solutions
