The role
The Development team is at the forefront of delivering innovative products across Home Hygiene, OTC (Over the Counter) Medicine and Dermatology. As a candidate, you will engage with both new and existing products with support and leadership of senior team members. For this position, we can consider candidates studying a Chemistry-based, Biomedical or Formulation degree.
This is a laboratory based role and you will be involved in a variety of tasks (depending upon your Degree) such as the manufacture of small-scale laboratory batches for New Product Developments and maintenance activities, conducting the analysis of medicinal and cosmetic formulations to ensure the safety, quality and efficacy of both new and existing formulation, researching and evaluating new raw materials for application into product portfolios and developing new analysis test methods for new products to assess their physical, sensorial and chemical properties.
To support students with getting the most from their time with us, alongside your functional role, you will undertake a year-long structured programme, comprising of both business related and personal development opportunities. Students also work together to deliver a real life business project, providing opportunities for experiential development, feedback and exposure to departments and leaders from across the organisation.
