Salary Progression
Once you finish our Training Programme, you’ll be a qualified teacher. You could earn up to £62,496 (Inner London) and £51,048 (rest of England).
Salaries for leadership roles in teaching
Our trainees are more than seven times more likely to progress to senior leadership early in their career.
If you progress to become a leading practitioner, you could earn up to £85,509 (inner London), or £76,050 (rest of England).
Headteachers earn up to £147,586 (inner London) or £138,265 (rest of England).
