Three Business is a newly created unit within Three UK, providing mobile solutions to the UK’s business market, all 6 million of them from sole traders right up to large corporates.
In the 2 years since our inception, we’ve overachieved even our own ambitious expectations, and things will only get more exciting. Propositions & Marketing
We’re all about the customer and all things market focussed. Everything from building a strong, credible brand that businesses will love, compelling campaigns to bring new customers in and keep them engaged. We also create the brilliant propositions that really help UK businesses to achieve their outcomes, in a way that beats our competition.
Commercial, Trading & Channels
We’re focussed on Pricing into the market and the return on investment of our customers. The team ensure commercial rigour to achieve B2B’s volume and value objectives, accurate planning and forecasting and performance insight to manage dynamic changes in the market.
We manage the go to market into the channels making sure that the Sales Teams can execute the plans we create with them. We manage the 3rd party commercial relationships with both our resellers and suppliers
Sales
This team wins, keeps and grows our B2B customer base. We sell to the entire business market across every segment and sales channel. From acquiring small business customers through our telesales, digital and retail stores, to account-managing large multi-national corporates out in the field.
You will experience each of our sales channels in turn, giving you end-to-end sales insight, and through our Business Sales Academy you'll receive the skills, knowledge and behaviours that can set you on a highly successful sales career path.
Sales Enablement, Digital and Business Operations
In short, in this function you’ll be responsible for ensuring we are brilliant to do business with. Our face to face and online sales channels uses the latest innovative solutions, and you’ll be defining, building and delivering them.
It’s critical that our customers receive an outstanding experience every time they interact with us, whether they want to do that digitally or over the phone, and we have teams responsible for both our digital platforms and our customer service strategy. We lead and manage large internal and customer projects and own vital sales and customer operations.

We’re looking for people with passion, energy and a get-stuck-in attitude. You’ll be proactive with a curious mindset, always looking to learn and improve – and teach us a thing or two with your fresh thinking.
Three is a dynamic and fast-paced place to work, so being able to balance lots of different – and sometimes shifting – priorities is a skill you’ll have nailed.
You’ll be working collaboratively with other teams and partners, allowing your confidence building relationships and fantastic communication skills to really shine. This is a fairly new and growing team, within an established organisation, with a start-up mentality, great vision and ambitions. We’re looking for entrepreneurial spirits that will fit in here.
This programme may lend itself best to those with or on track to gain a Business, Marketing, Maths, Economics, or Digital related degree, but we’ll consider all applications. Open to anyone graduating this year, or who has graduated within the last two years. We don’t ask for a minimum degree class.
2 year programme starting in September 2023, based in our new Reading office at Green Park. The successful candidate must have permission to work in the UK by the start of their employment.
