toob is a new full-fibre broadband provider on a mission to transform the South of England’s internet experience by delivering the fastest broadband. toob have a bold plan to open its network to more than a million premises across the South of England over the next 10 years and want to play an active role in helping the communities around the area to thrive.
Due to the success of our business, we are looking to recruit an inquisitive, well organised Marketing Executive. As a Marketing Executive you will support the marketing team to maintain the marketing calendar, assist in the forward planning of campaigns and to help identify opportunities in the market. You would help the marketing manager measure and report on our marketing effectiveness.
Working in a team to think of innovative marketing ideas and support the marketing manager to plan and manage media bookings whilst ensuring deadlines are met.
The candidate needs to be a methodical and super-efficient individual. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is has strong attention to detail and is looking for a marketing role with a focus on planning and insights across all marketing disciplines.
Knowledge and experience
- Maintain the overall annual marketing calendar and planning docs
- Work with marketing manager to ensure all campaigns and areas releases are planned and reported on effectively
- Assist in measuring performance of online and offline campaigns
- Support Marketing Manager in market research planning & managing agency
- Recce areas for media opportunities in all of toob live areas
- Plan and book OOH media
Core competencies, knowledge and experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised person with the ability to document and set up processes
- Inquisitive person - keen to investigate and understand the ‘why’
- High attention to detail and ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
- Willing to do a wide variety of tasks to support the whole marketing team
- Enjoy working with others, but also able to work autonomously
