The role

Key responsibilities
- Analyse workflows and identify improvement opportunities using lean tools
- Support quality audits, metrics analysis, and corrective actions
- Assist with lab upkeep, 5S, and equipment calibration
- Prepare and present actionable reports to drive process changes
Candidate profile
- Undergraduate or Master’s student in an analytical science discipline
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Comfortable in a lab environment with attention to safety
- Some experience of ICP-OES analysis.
- Eligible to work in the UK
