TVF Communications, part of the TVF Media Group, is an award-winning healthcare communications agency delivering creative and digital strategies for global, regional and local healthcare audiences. We require an exceptional graduate who is looking for a role with early management responsibility and who is keen to learn what it takes to run a successful business in the digital age.
Through an intensive three-month training period covering the core elements of business systems management, you will learn to assess real-world problems and visualise elegant systemic solutions that improve our outcomes, applying contemporary management theory daily. Working within a wider Group Systems & Finance team with regular exposure to the TVF Communications Managing Director, Group Financial Director and the CEO, you will be responsible for implementing real change and improvement in our operations.
The successful candidate will have the ability to analyse information and make decisions, together with the drive and determination to put them into action. You’ll be a technical and commercially-minded person comfortable with data and complex problems on the one hand, but also have the communications skills to implement and explain changes effectively to teams. We expect the successful candidate to progress quickly and take up a significant position within TVF Communications as well as the wider TVF Group, so there is plenty of scope for rapid career growth in this role.
Applicants should have a 2:1 degree or higher from a leading university. A background in mathematics, computer science, or a scientific discipline would be an advantage, and a proficiency in Microsoft Excel is highly desirable.
