You’ll get to
- build and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors (asset managers, hedge funds, pension funds, sovereign wealth funds, etc.)
- distribute equity research, market intelligence, and investment ideas generated by the research and trading desks
- provide timely market updates, sector insights, and investment themes tailored to client portfolios
- collaborate with research analysts, traders, and investment bankers to deliver cross-product solutions
- support equity capital markets (ECM) transactions by marketing IPOs, secondary offerings, and block trades to institutional investors
- monitor market trends, news flow, and macroeconomic developments that may impact equities
- prepare and deliver client presentations, investment roadshows, and corporate access events
Your team
Within Global Markets, you’ll be part of the Global Equity Sales team, where you’ll act as the link between institutional investors and the bank’s equity research, trading, and capital markets capabilities.
The role involves developing and maintaining client relationships, providing market insights, and distributing the firm’s equity products to drive revenue and client engagement. You’ll be based in Stockholm, Sweden.
Your expertise
We’re looking for a candidate who:
- is graduating between September 2024 and September 2026
- has or is on track for at least a 2.1 (UK grading system) or equivalent in their first undergraduate degree
- has an analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and research
- has excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
- has a high level of resilience, adaptability, and client focus in a fast-paced environment
- has prior experience in Equity Sales, Trading, Research, Capital Markets or Corporate Finance is highly valued
- has fluency in English required; proficiency in a Nordic language (Swedish, Finnish, Danish or Norwegian) strongly preferred

Your program
Our Graduate Talent Program is 18 months long and is designed to help you develop the skills you need to grow your career. To start, the program introduces you to our firm, provides professional and technical training and teaches you core skills and knowledge of global markets.
And it continues from there: by learning from your colleagues, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and build your network. You’ll have the opportunity to see beyond your job by participating in one, or more, rotations.
