As part of OPEN CAREER, NUVIA is offering a career path dedicated to its NUVIA Protection entity , with a final landing on a construction site in the United Kingdom .

For over 40 years , NUVIA Protection has been designing, manufacturing and installing passive protection solutions that ensure the safe operation of nuclear and sensitive facilities.

Its products are:

  • Designed and manufactured in its factory in Morestel (Isère) ,
  • Marketed under the NUVIATech Protection brand .

Job description

This Graduate Program is designed as a progressive 18-month course  (3 x 6 months), allowing participants to understand the entire product lifecycle , culminating in a position in the United Kingdom:

  1.  Rotation in workshop / factory
  • Discover passive protection products and solutions,
  • Understanding of manufacturing processes, quality requirements and constraints 
  • Acquisition of a technical and practical understanding of the activities.
  1.  Site rotation – France
  • Participation in the installation or maintenance of solutions,
  • Operational approach to field constraints
  • Interactions with the various stakeholders in the projects (internal teams, clients, partners).
  1. Final rotation & landing in the United Kingdom
  • Application of skills acquired during rotations,
  • Support for the development and implementation of NUVIA Protection activities
  • Permanent position in an international environment.

Desired profile

Our Graduate Program is aimed at:

  • A profile of a recent graduate or someone with initial professional experience (ideally in a nuclear environment)
  • Mobile in France and the United Kingdom 
  • Graduated with a general engineering degree with a specialization in mechanical engineering or materials.

It requires a good foundation of multidisciplinary technical knowledge,  fluency in English , and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

A good communicator, your practical sense and technical curiosity will allow you to quickly integrate into our team.
