    Here’s what you’ll deliver 

    Our scheme lasts 2-years, consisting of 3 rotations within our fast-paced, target-driven B2B organisation. You’ll experience areas of our sales divisions, working with customers in areas such as: 

    • SME (Small-Medium Enterprise) 
    • Enterprise 
    • Public Sector 

    You’ll master each of these areas, learning how to profile and tailor your approach to each customer, selling them the services that meet their needs. Learn how to drive marketing activity and content while getting to know our amazing products inside out. The customers you’ll work with are demanding, but very exciting, and you’ll have the opportunity to support them through their digital transformation using our products, ultimately improving their customers’ experience. 

    This scheme will kick off in Manchester for the first year, with the opportunity to work from Reading, London, Birmingham, or Manchester for the remainder of the scheme. We operate a hybrid working environment, aiming for an average of 2 to 3 days per week in the office, with strong emphasis on maintaining flexibility based on our dynamic business needs.

    What we look for 

    Graduates who are full of personality, proactive and resilient enough to take challenges head-on. Our Sales teams work hard and have fun while they’re at it. That’s why we look for graduates with strong personal and presentation skills. We want to see your passion and excitement for sales. You must have a 2:1 or above, although it doesn’t matter in which subject – we’re more interested in your qualities than your specific qualifications.
