Are you a hardworking and motivated individual with excellent attention to detail? We have an opportunity for a talented undergraduate to join our Customer Operations team as a Credit Assessment undergraduate. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our Credit Assessment team and thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment. You will develop essential skills in credit risk assessment, communication, and problem-solving while gaining exposure to the finance industry and enhancing your expertise in administrative tasks. 

What will you be doing? 

  • Managing phones and administrative work to ensure efficient and organised operations within the Credit Assessment team
  • Handling a set of queues on Connect Online and performing credit risk assessments for customers
  • Conducting credit risk recommendations and communicating them effectively to relevant stakeholders
  • Demonstrating punctuality, professionalism, and a strong work ethic in all aspects of your role
  • Participating in extra projects as needed, showing eagerness to contribute to the team's success
  • Developing familiarity with company accounts and demonstrating a keen interest in the finance industry

What our recruitment process looks like

  • Apply and upload your CV, covering letter and answer a few application questions.
  • You’ll be invited to complete a Situational Judgement Test. This is a short multiple-choice question set to help us understand how you may approach situations.
  • If you pass this stage, you will be invited to complete an online video interview where you will have the opportunity to tell us more about yourself.
  • If successful, your last step in the journey is to attend an in-person Assessment Centre at our Milton Keynes office. You’ll also meet some of our managers and our current undergraduates to find out more about a placement year with us.

Please note: Our undergraduate placement roles do not meet the UKVI’s criteria for the skilled worker sponsorship route, therefore we are unable to accept candidates requiring sponsorship for this role.
