To meet their unique needs we are exceptionally collaborative, working together across teams and time zones. And we are agile – focusing on strategy rather than rigid ideas and traditional hierarchy.
Join us to be part of a team that is always looking to the future. Where initiative, big ideas and bold moves are always encouraged. Where you can truly be yourself.
The role
Our vacation scheme is designed to give you a genuine insight into life at Withers.
During the scheme, you’ll gain exposure to our work, our people and our culture, helping you understand what a career at a global law firm could look like. You’ll have opportunities to learn more about our practice areas, clients and international platform, whilst experiencing the collaborative way we work across teams and jurisdictions.
Through a variety of activities, you will develop a broader understanding of the legal and commercial issues affecting our clients, build relationships with colleagues across the firm and gain first-hand insight into what makes Withers a distinctive place to build your career.
The scheme provides an opportunity to explore our business, our values and our approach to client service, whilst demonstrating your potential in a supportive and engaging environment. The final day of the vacation scheme incorporates an assessment centre, giving participants the opportunity to be considered for a training contract with the firm.
