We are seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial Corporate Intrapreneur to join our team, focusing on driving innovation within start-up companies.

The Corporate Intrapreneur will be responsible for identifying, developing, and executing innovative business opportunities within our organisation and our start-up partners.

This role will concentrate on driving growth and diversification by leveraging our core competencies, creating new products or services, and exploring strategic partnerships.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in innovation, entrepreneurship, and business development, along with excellent communication and leadership skills. Recent graduates are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and potential growth areas within the organisation and start-up companies.
  • Develop and validate innovative business models, products, and services, ensuring alignment with overall company strategy and start-up objectives.
  • Create and maintain a pipeline of innovative projects, prioritising and managing resources to achieve maximum impact.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, sales, and finance, to bring new ideas to market within start-up environments.
  • Establish and nurture strategic partnerships and alliances to support the development and growth of new ventures.
  • Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for new products and services, including pricing, distribution, and promotion.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify potential opportunities and threats.
  • Design and implement metrics and performance indicators to track the success of innovation initiatives.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and entrepreneurial thinking within the organisation and start-up partners.
  • Present progress reports and project updates to senior leadership and key stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Entrepreneurship, or a related field.
  • Experience in innovation, entrepreneurship, or business development roles is a plus, but not required.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching new products, services, or business ventures is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate complex business opportunities and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Self-starter with a strong entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for driving innovation and growth.
  • Solid understanding of financial analysis, market research, and business development strategies.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
