I have absolutely loved my time on the Data Science grad scheme so far.
I have been given ownership over building data models, so I can see a direct link between my analysis and real business results. The projects are incredibly interesting and complex, making the scheme challenging in the best way possible! The programme provides a fantastic foundation in data statistics, alongside the freedom to tackle problems independently. Everyone on my team is super supportive, and the focus on continuous learning makes a huge difference.
