Step one: Online Application & Assessment

Complete a short application form, upload your CV, and complete a situational judgement assessment (approximately 1 hour).

Step two: Video Interview

Record your responses to a series of interview questions, with up to three attempts per question.

Step 3: Insight Day

Spend time with us on-site to learn more about DHL Supply Chain, meet our people, experience our operations firsthand, and participate in a a couple of exercises and activities. 

Step four: Assessment Centre

Attend an in-person assessment centre to showcase your skills and potential.
