What the program involves

Functional onboarding to introduce you to different areas of Kraft Heinz.

  • A field sales placement to build your understanding of our products, customers and consumers.
  • An individual business project where you can apply your ideas and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in a business area different from your project to broaden your perspective.
  • Opportunities to meet global leaders and receive mentorship from previous Trainees.
  • Connections with Trainees around the world and learning experiences designed to grow your

leadership skills.After the 12-month program, you will move into a role within the business where your skills, experience and strengths can add value, with opportunities to continue growing your career at Kraft Heinz.
