All the deadlines below will be for Training Contracts starting in 2020 and for students studying a law degree. June and July 2018 is the time to submit your application if you’re in your penultimate year of university, graduating in 2019. When you’re accepted onto a Training Contract starting in 2020, you’ll most likely start the Legal Practice Course (or equivalent) in September 2019 – usually sponsored by the firm – and on passing that, starting at the law firm in 2020 as a trainee.
