Review The Job Description
Review the job description carefully and ensure what you have studied or are studying for can be considered for your area of interest. All roles we are recruiting for are advertised on our Careers page – job opportunities. Simply type in the year you are applying to i.e. 2026 Graduate Programme and sector of interest i.e. 2026 Graduate Programme – Property & Buildings and all roles we are advertising for within that sector should appear. You can also find links to the roles we are advertising on our Early Career webpages.
Qualifications
To be eligible for our Graduate and Undergraduate roles, you’ll need to have achieved or be predicted a 2:2 or above in a relevant degree subject. Please note some of our Advisory roles only accept a 2:1.
For Apprenticeship opportunities, you are required to meet the specified qualification requirements, as these are essential for enrolling in the associated Apprenticeship programme.

Use the form to tell us why you're interested in the area of the business you're applying to, and check you meet the essential eligibility criteria for the role. remember, the application form is the only thing our recruiters see at this stage, so include everything you'd want us to know. Most importantly, be yourself, we're looking forward to learning more about you.
Application timeline

Application review process
Step one: Application review
Once you’ve submitted your application, our recruitment team will review it to check if you meet the eligibility criteria. Due to the high number of applications, this may take 2 to 4 weeks.
Step two: Online assessment
If your application is successful, you’ll be invited to complete our online Skill Enabler assessment. If you pass, you’ll receive an email confirming you’ve been successful at this stage.
Step three: Interview invitation
If you’re shortlisted at this stage, we’ll get in touch to confirm the next steps—this could be an interview day or a one-to-one interview.
Step 4: Final Outcome
Following your interview, we’ll discuss the outcome with the hiring team. You’ll then be informed whether we will be making you an offer.
Should you be selected for an offer following your interview day or interview, a member of the recruitment team will call you to go through the offer details with you. Following which you will receive a formal offer and contract.
