What is the application process?
There are 6 key stages to apply for an opportunity with Bank of America.
Step 1: application form π
Fill and complete the application form β you will be asked to provide details such as name, university, contact details, work experience and answer two questions:
- Why Bank of America and the role you applied to?
- What skills and competencies can you bring to the role?
Each with a max word count of 150-200 words

Step 3: video interview π₯
As part of your application, you will then be asked to submit a video interview which is self-recorded and automated to ask you five questions.
You'll have 30 seconds to prepare your answer and three minutes to record each answer. The questions will be mainly competency based.
Please make sure youβre in a quiet room with no distractions, ensure good lighting and that you are dressed appropriately.
These video interviews are reviewed by the Bank of America team, so make sure you put your best self forward.
Step 4: application review π
The team will review your application - just wait to hear from them on whether you've reached the next stage.
Step 5: assessment centre interview π
If successful, you'll be invited for an assessment centre and typically you'll have a mix of competency and technical interviews to answer on the day.

Step 6: offers π€
Offers will be made to candidates who demonstrate a high level of competency at assessment centre.
