How did you first hear about the Kraft Heinz Trainee Programme?
"I first heard about the Trainee Programme through Bright Network online, and then I attended a Bright Network in-person careers fair in late 2024."
What made you decide to apply?
"I liked the fact that there were no specific requirements regarding the subjects studied at university. I don't come from the typical educational background of someone who might work at a company like Kraft Heinz, so it was encouraging to see a programme that welcomed people from different backgrounds. I was also attracted by the opportunity to try different things and gain experience across various areas of the business throughout the trainee programme."
What has been your favourite experience so far?
"This would have to be either of the trips we've taken to the Netherlands, during onboarding and upon completion of the programme. It was a great opportunity to gain a comprehensive understanding of the business, including visits to other European offices, factories, and the R&D innovation centre. It also gave me the chance to meet fellow trainees from around the world in person after collaborating with them on various online projects."
