RSM - advice

Graduate programme

Our graduate programmes are for those who are about to graduate or already have a degree. There are no time limits on when you can apply, making them perfect for recent graduates and those who graduated a while ago.

While earning a salary, our graduates work towards qualifications such as:

  • ACA, ICAS or CIA (Association of Chartered Accountants)
  • CTA (Chartered Tax Adviser)
  • MSc in Data Analytics.

The choice of qualification will depend on career aspirations. Those who study the ACA qualification will gain a comprehensive understanding of financial reporting standards, financial analysis and strategy, setting them up for a career in audit or consulting. Those who study the CTA qualification will develop a thorough understanding of advanced tax principles and practices, priming them for tax-related roles.

Internships and placements

If already at university, students can join us on our internship programme and 12-month placements. These can be a worthwhile way to support their career options, providing valuable work experience for their CV and an insight into different roles. You can find out more about these programmes on our work experience page.
